Lakeville is a city highly regarded for its great schools, park systems, retail, and close proximity to major employers. Lakeville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the state of Minnesota, with population growth of 14% in the past 10 years.
A recent housing study conducted by the city of Lakeville highlighted the need for over 900 senior housing units by the year 2030 to keep up with the cities aging senior population.
